David Benjamin Creamer has been one of the U.S. Marshals Service’s most enduring fugitives, wanted since 1997 for extensive crimes involving money laundering, firearms violations, and the distribution of child pornography. Between 1992 and 1995, Creamer operated a large-scale illicit enterprise from Tucson, Arizona, producing more than 100,000 pornographic diskettes for global distribution and amassing thousands of illicit files and over $2 million in revenue. When his operation was dismantled in 1995, authorities seized more than 70 firearms, 80,000 rounds of ammunition, $120,000 in cash, and multiple vehicles and aircraft tied to the case. Released on bond in late 1997 following a federal indictment, Creamer violated the terms of his pretrial release and disappeared before his scheduled trial, becoming a Top 15 Most Wanted fugitive.
He has a noticeable scar on the back of his neck from the removal of a large boil. The scar should be shaped like a plus sign. The scar area bothers him, and he tends to lean forward while driving so it does not rub against the headrest. He also has a brown grapefruit-sized skin discoloration on his left rib cage.
Creamer rarely wears long-sleeve shirts and prefers ‘Mexican wedding shirts.’ He has also been fond of wearing one-piece mechanic-style jump suits. Creamer is a heavy smoker, prefers ‘English Oval’ type cigarettes, especially Sherman Whites. He also has diabetes and, as a result, has poor circulation. Poor circulation causes him difficulty walking at times. Because of his diabetes, he must take medication to survive.
