Missing or Unidentified Person

Alina Settles is a white female, who was five years old when she went missing on July 23, 2013, in Henderson, Nevada. Evidence suggests that she was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Elena Settles, a white female, 38 at the time, with black hair and hazel eyes. A felony kidnapping warrant was issued for Elena on February 4, 2015.

At the time of her disappearance, Alina had shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. She stood 3 feet 3 inches tall and weighed approximately 45 pounds. She may use the alias last name Shainyan. Circumstances of the case suggest that Elena and Alina may have traveled to Russia. There have been no verified sightings of either since July 23, 2013 and is classified as a non-custodial parental kidnapping.
