Case Details:On January 22, 1996 in South Boston, Virginia, a partial human skull was found along the side of a road by a passerby. No other remains were recovered. It was determined that the decedent was a male, 23 - 40 years old, and had been deceased approximately five years. No other distinguishing information (race/ethnicity) could be determined. The decedent is referred to as Halifax County John Doe (1996).
