Agency:NCOUC - Group 3
Case Type:Missing or Unidentified Person
Case Details:Kenneth Charles Schock, a 30-year-old white male from Olathe, Kansas, disappeared in late January 1982 while on a business trip. During the trip, he made an unplanned detour to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he visited a casino that has since been linked to serial killer Tracy Petrocelli. Schock was last heard from at the end of January 1982. In mid-February 1982, a concerned friend notified his family in North Dakota of the lack of contact, prompting his mother to file a missing person report with the Ward County Sheriff’s Department in North Dakota. At the time of his disappearance, Schock was described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with sandy brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen driving a tan-and-white 1981 Chevrolet Corvette. His identification and credit cards were later found in a hotel room connected to Tracy Petrocelli. Dental records for Schock are available for comparison. It is currently unknown whether DNA or fingerprints are on file, and there is no public information confirming whether his Chevrolet Corvette has ever been recovered.
