Frantz Dieudonne, born June 20, 1969, in Haiti, is wanted for his alleged involvement in sex-related crimes with a minor. From November 2001 through May 2002, while living in New Jersey, Dieudonne allegedly traveled across state lines from Pennsylvania to Utah to engage in sex with a 15-year-old girl. On June 1, 2002, he was arrested in North Aurora, Illinois — reportedly discovered by a state trooper along I-88 with the girl in his car, apparently while returning to New Jersey — and charged with transporting a minor in interstate commerce with the intent to engage in sex. He was released on bond about a week later.
Dieudonne was indicted in Illinois on October 1, 2002, and in Utah on February 26, 2003. He was scheduled for a pre-trial motion hearing on September 22, 2003, in the Northern District of Illinois, but failed to appear, and a bench warrant was issued. He also failed to appear for trials scheduled for October 20, 2003, in Salt Lake City, Utah, and November 3, 2003, in Chicago, Illinois, and has been a fugitive since. The FBI's Chicago Field Office leads the investigation. Dieudonne has ties to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Utah. He is described as a Black male, 5'7", 145 pounds, with black hair, black eyes, and a scar on his right wrist; his occupations are listed as chemist and nursing assistant.
