Missing or Unidentified Person
On July 2, 2020, the remains of an adult white male, estimated to be between 39 and 64 years old and approximately 5’2” to 5’7” in height, were discovered in a wooded, overgrown area of Richmond, approximately 200 yards from the nearest road or business, with a pathway noted nearby. The individual had healed fractures to the nose, ribs, and clavicle, with the nasal fracture causing a visible deviation to the left. Found with the remains were a blue BIC lighter, a sweater with a tan, burgundy, and black striped pattern, burgundy elastic-waist pants, a blue t-shirt, one XXL non-skid sock, and black sneakers.
