Case Details:Jessica Edith Foster, a 21 year old white female, was last contacted by a family member by telephone while at her residence in the vicinity of the 1000 block of Cornerstone Place in North Las Vegas, Nevada on March 28, 2006. They never heard from her again. At the time of her disappearance, Foster was 5'6" - 5'8" tall, weighed 110 to 120 pounds, had long blonde hair and wore her hair both straight and curly. She has hazel eyes, two piercings in her left ear, three piercings in her right ear, a piercing in her left nostril, and a piercing in her right eyebrow. She could possibly have been wearing small earrings or small diamond princess cut earrings, a ring with round diamond and a ring with a princess cut diamond.

Her live-in boyfriend, Peter B. Todd, stated she left him on April 3. He said she left to a go to a dentist appointment and never returned. All of her belongings were missing, with the exception of her makeup and hair dryer. Foster's loved ones stated it would be uncharacteristic of her to leave those items behind.
