Missing or Unidentified Person

On June 10, 1981, in Norfolk, Virginia, human remains were found floating in the river. The decedent was an adult, black male about 18 - 25 years old. His estimated time of death was two weeks prior to being found.

Clothing: Tan shirt; Leather short jacket with long sleeves; Brown corduroy pants; Black socks; Brown shoes
