Austin Jan Sy Yatco (also known by the online alias "Hairy Lips"), born August 27, 1998, in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines, is wanted for his alleged involvement in the exploitation of minor victims between 2019 and 2021 as part of an online group known as "Greggy's Cult," which operated on gaming and social media platforms. According to the FBI and news reporting, members of the group allegedly coerced minor victims — across the United States and internationally — into producing child sexual abuse material of themselves, which was then distributed within the group and beyond; reporting also describes the group encouraging self-harm and, in some cases, suicide attempts among victims. Yatco formerly resided in Plano, Texas, and holds a degree in computer science, having worked in the technology sector.
A federal arrest warrant was issued for Yatco on January 23, 2026, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Brooklyn, New York, charging him with Sexual Exploitation of Children, Material Involving Sexual Exploitation of Minors, and Certain Activities Relating to Material Constituting or Containing Child Pornography. The FBI's Dallas and New York Field Offices are jointly investigating; Yatco will be prosecuted in the Eastern District of New York. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to his arrest and conviction.
