Missing or Unidentified Person

On July 28, 2007, at approximately 1:45 a.m., an unidentified Hispanic male, estimated to be 18 to 21 years old, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing about 140 pounds, was fatally struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle northbound in the middle lane of Ox Road (Route 123) near the intersection of Lee Chapel Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. The victim, who had short black hair, brown eyes, and a goatee, was wearing urban camouflage shorts, blue-and-brown checked boxer shorts, a red belt, white socks, and red Converse shoes; he had no tattoos, surgical scars, or identification on his person or near the scene.
