Case Details:On March 13, 1979, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, a decomposing body was found in a drainage ditch off the side of service road. The decedent is a black female about 50 - 60 years old. The estimated time of death is five days prior to being found.

Clothing: short brown coat; inner blue dress with zippered back with zipper in place and long sleeves; beige long-sleeved blouse, buttons in front "Lady Robin Dallas"; slip; dark colored nylon stockings; brown sandals. A black wig, checkbook, and tortoise shell comb was found near the body.
