Gregory Robert Whitehead (also known as Greg Whitehead), born May 18, 1962, in California, is wanted in connection with the alleged October 2007 sexual assault of two teenage girls in Denver, Colorado. According to the FBI, Whitehead lured the girls to his Denver home under the pretense of offering them housecleaning work, then allegedly served them alcohol, took nude and graphic photographs of them, and paid them for sexual favors. He was arrested in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on charges of Sexual Exploitation of Children, Soliciting for Child Prostitution, Inducement of Child Prostitution, Criminal Attempt to Commit Sexual Assault, and Sexual Assault.
On January 4, 2008, Whitehead failed to appear at a scheduled court hearing, and a state failure-to-appear warrant was issued. On June 26, 2008, the United States District Court, District of Colorado, charged Whitehead federally with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest. The FBI's Denver Field Office leads the fugitive investigation. A private investigative firm (Onset Investigation) has separately reported tracing Whitehead to the Barretto area of Olongapo City, Philippines, where he was reportedly living under the name "Chris" as of December 2020 and participating in a local social running club before allegedly fleeing after being recognized. He is described as a white male, 6'2", approximately 180 pounds, with brown (mostly bald) hair and blue eyes, and scars on his left finger and abdomen; he may wear contact lenses or glasses.
